January

It's funny that Raf-gato evades Jens constantly during the day but then when she's asleep he curls up right next to her.
DeA and Jens took me to Quick Wok for lunch. They were excited.
Look who can handle her chopsticks!
It wasn't a fluke, either.
Rock used the above average snowfall to create an awesome fort. He poured water on the walls to build extra strength.
Every Christmas I get DeA a set of footie pajamas. This year Jens decided that she needed them more than her mom.

Mr. Meowzers loves sleeping by the kids.
The kids love their Kindles and DeA loves the occasional silence.
Jens fights and struggles when DeA tries to do her hair. For Mama Rae she sits like a perfect little angel.
"But, I am a little angel!"
I don't know what was going on or why he has a pillow on his head.
After work I walked into Mom and Dad's to see Jens like this...at 6pm...on a school night.
They stayed up late playing Playstation and then school the next morning was rough.
Then the next day I came home to another nap, this time in full pjs. Thankfully the sleep schedule has leveled out, but that was a rough few nights.

Christmas!!

Christmas is pretty much the most popular holiday of the year, even Jens could tell you that.
She had a performance for her pre-school and sang "Police Nobby Dog" and Rudolph.
The best part of Christmas is spending time with little cousins that aren't mobile enough to escape.
Rock fought hard to spend all day, everyday in the snow.
 Cute little cousins.
 Two moms just checking out.
I don't know why he's giving me that face, but I can't wait until he's a teenager when he'll never make it again.
Christmas morning was early for everyone, but mostly for Ryker. He was awoken every hour on the hour by Rock asking if it was morning yet.
The kids attacked the stockings first with gusto.

  They were excited but dazed.
Well, everyone but Rock was dazed.
 Selfies!!
 CHRISTMAS!!

The morning was filled with "AWESOME!" and "COOL!".

The biggest presents was their new playroom. DeA worked hard getting it ready.
I think they like it.
The kids received Kindles from Gma and Gpa, Ryker was obsessed was downloading free games and apps much more than he wanted to actually play them.
Night didn't come quickly enough for the tired little puppies.
Her fingers were lovingly painted by Uncle Nick.
The playroom was equipped with our old school SNES and Super Tecmo Bowl. SWEET!
We've had some beautiful mornings.
Why does this picture seem familiar?
Rock discovered night sledding and was in love.

Meanwhile, Ryker discovered a warm blanket and fell in love.
He's a cute little guy.
Nick and I gave rides to the kids on Dave's snowmobiles. They had a blast.

Is he happy? I can't tell?
