Sunday Drive

We took a Sunday drive into the mountains to get away. Things are crazy in town, and the mountains are a great place to escape. 

We found a great place with a view to pull over and have a little campfire.

I brought some of our 72-hour-kit MREs for the kids to try. I figured this was a good time to figure out what they like. The really liked playing with the machete. 

Leo loved being out in the wild and pretending like he was the king of the hill.

The boys really liked the jalapeño burger patties with processed cheese. Yummy. 

They were all smiles after our fun outing.
