Happy Birthday Rock!! Grammy Rae and Grappy Dale finally got to come out and see baby Rock, just in time for his one month birthday! They took the redeye flight from Seattle to Moline Thursday morning and finally showed up about 11:30 on Thursday. Mom jumped out of the still moving car, crashed through the door, pushed me aside and trampled DeAndra on her way to the baby. The only time that I've touched him since then was at four in the morning when he didn't want to go back to sleep. It's been fun having them here and letting them spoil the little guy. We even put them to work, making my dad help me unstop the slow drain in the kitchen. We went under the house to check the pipes and quickly realized that we didn't know what we were doing. But, we figured it out and now DeAndra has her kitchen back!
