Rock has been playing fairly regularly on varsity, not bad for a freshman
Rock had a triple header one Saturday, and in the car on the way home all three kids asked if we could play catch, field grounders, pitch, etc, so we spent all evening playing more baseball. Well, most of us did, Luca wanted "mo" four-wheeler rides.
Even Leo Puppy got involved.
DeA was gone that weekend with Nama and my sisters hanging out in Nashville. Ryker was so excited for her to get hot Nashville chicken at Hattie B's
DeA was home for a few days, then left for Arizona with Ryker and Jens. Rock and I had a good conference weekend.
He requested eggs benedict, they turned out pretty, pretty good.
He surprised me by asking to make donuts, since that is our tradition but his siblings were gone.
They turned out delicious.
We helped Javi pull out some metal sticking up out of the driveway. Glad my tire didn't find that thing.
We ordered a cheap pitching machine and had family batting practice after conference.
It was very cold and frigidly windy.
Rock came to work with me on Monday, he made himself feel right at home.
We took the pitching machine down to the field and took BP with the Lehmans
Max and his parents also came and showed off their Cuban baseball skills.
Luca had fun.
We spent every night at the field hitting, Rock got quite a few cuts in over the week
