We've had some fun times lately. My siblings and a random boyfriend have been trickling in through Sea-Tac Airport to come into town for Apple Blossom. Grappy Dale took Rock back with him Friday morning, and then DeA, Ryk and I followed after I got done with work. Early Saturday morning we woke up in time to participate in the Pig Jig!!
It was wet and rainy, but everyone was ready to rock and roll.
Rock ran a good race, and was neck and neck with DeA towards the finish line...
and then she pushed him down from behind!! He face-planted right before the finish line. His mommy finished the race and then came back to help him. But he knew what had happened...
he knew and wasn't too happy about his Mommy's cheating.
The weather got better for the parade, and with the nice weather came out the babies. Babies bring out aunts and cousins. That's the way that nature works.
Rock liked the parade, but he liked asking for candy from everybody that he could find.
After the parade Ryker decided it was time to chill and take a nap. He likes laying like this, because it feels like a hammock.
Meanwhile, Rock found the meat hammer and starting swinging it at Grammy's plant. Mommy told him "If you touch that plant one more time I'll take it away from you!"
Rock didn't listen, and paid the consequences. The bitter, sad, meat hammer-less consequences.
I don't have pictures of Sunday, because Sunday is the day that we all got hit with the super-pukey-sucky-crappy flu crap. So, instead I'm going to show Rock doing couch yoga in his diaper
and show Ryker watching Rock and secretly imagining what would happen if he fell off the couch.
Don't forget to shop early and shop often!!

It was fun even tho it was kinda puky. The boys were great fun. Note to self, make sure Rock gets plenty of sleep leading up to a busy weekend.
