Sunny Days!!

One of the biggest adjustments to living here in western Washington has been the dreary weather. Many a rainy day Rock has stood by the door, longing for sunshine (or a mother that doesn't mind if he gets muddy). Well, spring is finally here and has blessed us with some beautiful days. Rock has been soaking in the sunshine in our backyard.
Rock knows that the weather is like a woman, you never know when she's going to freak out on you, start crying and ruin your sunshine. That is why he plays fast and hard and replenishes his energy with Darigold chocolate milk.
He drank almost a whole jug's worth in one morning.
After he drank it all down he sucked on the lip for a while to get out every drop of yummy milk.

"Hey, this sunshine stuff is pretty awesome. Why don't we have this everyday?"

Rock spends all his time in the sandbox from Mawma and Bampa Judd, or roaming the edges of the backyard.
He never knows where his travels will take him, so he takes along a Cars cup with more chocolate milk.
He started setting up an outpost in the east acreage by leaving supplies and toys in strategic locations.
He is getting frustrated by his progress, since his supplies and toys keep getting picked up by his mommy.
Today I mentioned that I needed to go mow the lawn, so Rock tried to help me get started.

Even after I got the 'real' lawn mower going, Rock still helped...the same way that he's seen DeA help me.

"Hey, guero, look alive!"

"Those lines should be straight!! Start it over! Start it all over!!

Only four important days left!!!
