DeA runs the Pig Jig every year, but this year she got to run it with future sister-in-law Emily.
The kids found the stash of parade candy and decided to guard it by trying to eat it all before the parade.

The kids decided that what Mommy really wanted for Mother's Day was to wake up early with a mess in her bed. I tried to talk them out of it. Oh, how I tried to talk them out of it. They persisted and she acted happy.
Rock was really pleased with himself.
Then she enjoyed the rest of her Sunday (after church at least) by lounging on the couch and looking at kittens available at the Humane Society.
