For years, I've struggled to be able to golf. Not that I physically can't golf, but the cost was always too high. Not the actual money cost, but the marital cost associated with leaving DeA alone with the kids. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that it took me 15 years to get a family pass. I went from being an absent husband, to an great father.
Anyway, here's Ryker sizing up his 7-iron.
They insisted on hitting every shot, so things got a little chaotic.
I think we had fun.
The weather has been perfect for walks in the blossoms.
Ryker wanted a picture in front of the cool clouds. Also, DeA and Jens were behind us in the car and were trying to take food to Doug and Jama's for family dinner. Ryker wanted to pose for many pictures to keep the girls waiting.
DeA let me take a picture of her when we were leaving. She just loves getting her picture taken. It's her favorite.
Ryker and I had a good walk back, he wanted another picture in front of the rock chuck rocks.
