Graduation Prep

Bishop taught the boys how to cut hair. I'm really sure that Colby's mom would not have approved of Rock cutting his hair a week before graduation.

Jens is ready for summer, school is low key buns, fer real.

But not Horchata the cat, she is all that.

DeA and I had a Trek meeting in Wenatchee and followed it up with some delicious BBQ.

Rock spoke at seminary graduation and didn't use the line from Zoolander in it (I think of many of you as my brothers. And I mean that like black people mean it, I find it more meaningful that way) and I got to give him his diploma in bishop's place. It was a special evening.

ryker tried to help for the graduation party by chopping wood.

Dad, Javi, and Rissa helped us edge and cover the overgrowth from the lawn. It ended up looking awesome.

The kids were very helpful in testing the ice cream machine.

Leo and Sofia went to offer support to Luca as he peed. I'm grateful that he went to the edge of the lawn to pee, I wish that Milo would do the same.

There was some serious stress and worry about the party having to be inside because of the wind. After seeing that the gusts were almost 50mph at Mom and Dad's about three hours before the party, I went and prayed for help. I came out to see the flag like this:

It was a wonderful party, and it was outside!

We made sure to go get a picture of Rock with his Senior banner. BTW, where the crap is that banner now that he has graduated?
