Fall and Mariners

Today's forecast calls for a high of 95, but that can't stop the feeling of fall that is settling into the valley.  Jens put on a pumpkin shirt and enjoyed the ice cream machine for the two days it was back.
Then she helped Papa Dale put out the mattress for the boys to sleep in.
Rock has been chomping at the bit to get into kindergarten.  He has been passing the time by making awesome Lego cars.
Jens isn't napping as much as she used to, but a big reason is that her brothers just can't leave their cute sister alone.
She already gives me this look when I try to play with her...the teenage years might be filled with attitude.
A rotten watermelon was laying around so we took it up to Top Shelf and put it out of its misery.  The boys sure know how to make shooting even more entertaining.

Jens loves climbing on the table and she loves finding her belly button.  Sometimes she likes to mix those two hobbies.
Maybe she really would sleep more if her brothers weren't so loud and pinchy.
Rock really can't wait for kindergarten.
Neither can Ryker.
The goldens were picked about a week ago and Jens has been gnawing on one every chance she gets.
I'm pretty sure Dad's neck and hair were sticky for a week.
Really, really, really excited.
The boys went up to Stehekin with Mom and Dad last weekend so Jens, DeA and I went to Nick's.  DeA ordered baked beans for dinner and Jens let her know that she didn't like how the car was going to smell shortly.
Thanks to the M's being terrible and football starting there were almost no people at Safeco Saturday night.  That meant that Jensley didn't have to beat up any kids to play on the toys.
She really got in to the game and was excited to see some offense.
Uncle Nick took good care of her and helped her think of things to yell at the umpires.
She loved scavenging for food under the seats.
Well, I hope that is food.
DeA loved arriving three hours early to watch batting practice.  Just loved it.
"Go Mariners!"
As we were at the M's game we kept checking on the BYU-Texas Game.  We were nervous, but let's just say that things worked out pretty well for the Cougs.
Every night as I am going to bed I wake up Rock to take him to the bathroom.  Sometimes he walks right up to the toilet and pees.  Sometimes he struggles.
He definitely struggled.
