Disney Channel War

Some people might not believe this, but DeAndra has nursed a longstanding grudge against the Disney Channel. She will never forgive them for introducing the world to this:
I also have a terrible feud going with Disney. I refuse to forgive them for subjecting the world to her:
But, much to our chagrin, Rock really likes the Disney Channel. You are probably asking yourself what would drive Rock to rebel against like this. The answer is "The Little Einsteins". It's a show that Disney uses to brainwash babies into loving Hannah Montana...because, honestly, how else can they get people to watch it? Well, Rock gets really, really excited when his show starts.

After all the excitement he takes a nap on his favorite bed.

Rock's Summer Break

Rock's life has been nice and relaxed lately. In the mornings he hangs out in the living room while Mommy incubates Boulder/Pebbles.

Then in the evenings he gets to munch off of the cake mixers while Mommy makes some yummy cupcakes.

One thing that Rock has learned is that Mommy wants him to be happy and adorable all the time. He is practicing his happy smiles, but DeA thinks that they are just plain creepy.
And Rock also wants to announce that since his daddy is done with his graduation requirements (and only needs class stuff now) he is taking reservations for tee-times...just in case somebody wants to take him out to celebrate!!

Life is Hard!

Poor little Rock is trying really hard to keep Mommy's attention, but it's getting harder by the day. She's been so busy incubating Boulder/Pebbles that Rock has started taking up her interests as his own. He isn't sure what this is called, but Mommy sure seems to like it, so he's giving it a try.
It's hard to tell, but his little bumbum goes straight up in the air. Adorable.
Mommy has also started making funny faces around food, so Rock is trying to do it, too.
Many people might not know this about DeA, but she spends lots and lots of time in front of the mirror flexing.
Rock has found something else that really gets Mommy's attention: climbing onto his changing table. He just shimmies up the shelves and then does a little jig on the top shelf.
For a little extra attention he will pretend to walk right off of the edge. Mommy comes running and hugs him right away!
Sitting down doesn't bring as much attention as you'd think.
Lately DeAndra has been craving lots of cold watermelon. Rock is on board with this activity.
This is what he likes...lots of Mommy time.

Trip Wrap-up: The Lost Oregon Files

While I was trampling through the jungles of Honduras saving lives, Rock was hanging out with his Grandma and Grandpa Judd. There were promises made by somebody, we'll call her DeAndra E., to post pictures on the blog so that her husband could see them. Those promises were never fulfilled, so I am posting them now. Enjoy them.

Rock found out that he was going to the park with some ladies, so he asked Grandma Lisa to sharpen his look up a little bit.

Here DeAndra is pointing kind of in the direction of Jack in the Box...I still don't understand why she didn't go.

DeAndra had her first baby-doctor appointment for Pebbles/Stone (gender pending) and they did an ultra-sound so that we could see her/him. So, they send these waves into DeAndra's uterus that bounce off of things and reflect back to produce a grainy image. Then a random radiologist takes a mouse and lines up the cursor that is about 1/16th the size of the image and drags it in a semi-straight line over the grainy image and the computer pulls up a random number and calls it the gestation age. In this picture Pebbles/Stone is allegedly 7 weeks 3 days old, and I'm SURE that the computer can't be wrong.....so they are pegging the due date at March 3, 2010.
In case you are wondering, graduation is February 26th, 2010, and so I am sure there is no chance that those two events would ever interfere with each other.

Trip Wrap-up

Rock was worried that we didn't wrap up our trip properly, so here is one part one of two of our ultimate trip wrap up. Rock really wanted to make sure that we saw the pictures and videos of his little hottub/drinking fountain.

This one isn't so much about Rock as it is about Linz trying to deny the truth.

Rock wasn't happy with the paucity of four wheeler pictures, so he insisted that I find some more. I was happy to help.

After rocking it on the four wheeler, he sat down with Grammy and munched some delicious Lay's.
The only time he slept the whole trip was from 1am to 1:15am on the couch. I think it was precious but DeAndra had other words for it.
All too soon Rock had to board the plane and fly home. He did get to enjoy a delicious chocolate covered pretzel that Grammy bought him.

As soon as he got home he jumped on the horn to tell everybody that would listen how cool the trip was.

GOLAZO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I found this video of Diego Maradona on this thing called the internet. In the video he dribbles around and through the entire...um...I'll say English...yeah, the England soccer team to score an unbelievable goal. Some soccer freaks consider it to be the greatest goal ever scored. Enjoy.
maradona

Truly amazing, isn't it? Some people have put the odds of scoring a goal like that at about one million to one. That's funny, because according to the birth control that we use the odds of DeAndra getting pregnant are also about one million to one...

GOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For proof, here is a picture of DeAndra incubating Boulder/Pebbles at 7pm.

Trip Update Part 8: More Fun in Washington!!

Rock is still enjoying his stay in Washington and has recently decided that he likes the lake. We took him down to Stutzman's and he was all excited to go swimming. He also was excited to show off his guns.
The only problem was that he thinks the water is too cold for swimming, so he stands on the beach and yells at those in the water.

"So cold...so very cold"
The boys went up to Bear Mountain golf course to play the new course up there. It was super sweet action sweet. We only hit one clubhouse, one car and on green all day long, but the views were great.

We got home to find Rock getting pampered. GrammyRae made cocoa rice crispy treats and let Rock enjoy the delicious spoon. I think she enjoyed taping it as much as he enjoyed munching it.

After a long day of performing and impressing those around him, Rock takes time to settle into the recliner and enjoy a good Mariners' game.
"What is that? Why would you do that? Come on!!"
"Really? You've got to be joking!"
Then he sits on the porch and soaks in a sunset and a cold root beer.
