Gamer Chick and a Free Day

The boys are still enjoying their Lego Batman video game.  We only have two controllers, so Jens has to wait for Rock to go to school before she can play.
Ryker's cool with everything because he gets to play before and after Rock leaves as well as the whole time he's gone.  Sweet!
She thinks it is fun to play with her brothers.
Even though she loves playing she especially loves posing for pictures.  That worries me a little, it seems a little early to have her posing.
She also loves bouncing around in the jump house!
She shrieks and laughs the whole time.
Wednesday is my half-day at the office.  On my way home I got a call from DeAndra asking if I could meet her and the kids on the road.  She was trying to run and had Jens and Rock buckled with Ryker riding on the front.  I picked up Ryker and watched Superman accompany his mommy the rest of the way.
Holy crap what a great day to go running!
And check out how great DeAndra looks!  She's been working hard and it shows.  Hubba hubba!!
Jensley loves her ice cream sandwiches.  She screams like a banshee when it is gone, but usually Grandpa is around to replenish her supply.
Yesterday was also the Regency Manor Easter Egg Hunt.  Ryker fell asleep in the car but immediately popped awake when Rock mentioned candy.  Ryker loves candy.
He was pretty quick to spot the eggs, but we had to teach him to put them in his basket instead of opening them, gutting them and throwing the empty egg back on the ground.
Jensley also fell asleep in the car but it took her a little longer to wake up.
Superman was all over the whole even and was so good that he had half the candy eaten before the hunt was over.

As Jens slowly woke up you could see her open up to the idea of free hidden, candy scattered all over.
But she was still tired.  So very tired.
Superman couldn't accept the fact that the eggs were all found.  He wanted to keep looking even after the whole yard was picked over.
Nothing washes candy down better than a Capri Sun.  Especially for our little hummingbirds.
Did I mention that Wednesday is my half-day?  We couldn't let the free time go to waste so we went down to Singleton and played on the toys.

Ryker and Jens spent most of the time on the swings loving life.
Lil' Jens is still getting used to shoes, so she spent the rest of her time standing in one place and not moving her feet.
We also went to Green Dot with Mama Rae and then watched BYU destroy So. Miss in the NIT (which is like the consolation bracket to the NCAA.  It doesn't mean much but it is better than losing, right?  Sure it is, right?)  All in all it was a good day.
