Tortoise!

The reptile guy came to Manson and kids enjoyed getting to play the animals that DeA called "gross".
Rock loved holding a real alligator.
Ryker really, really, really loved the tortoise!
The kids love attention and they know how to make you give it to them, even if it means climbing up on to Mama Rae's lap.
I make an orange juice protein shake every morning and Jens becomes a cat running to the can opener to "help". Then she demands a portion of my breakfast.
This little guy is nailing preschool and his teacher loves him.
Soccer season is over, it included Rock finding two worms, three mud puddles and one mean girl that pushed him in the back.
Ryker enjoyed Rock's games because of the treats, like Gogurts.
The post game noodles were DeA's favorite part of soccer.
Dad, Nick and I went elk hunting down by Yakima and enjoyed the beauty of nature.
We saw a cow elk before we even got out of the truck...and then nothing for the next 14 hours.
Well, we didn't find elk but the scenery was pretty wonderful.
I thought Nick was stopping to enjoy the view, then realized that wasn't what he was doing.
Ryker went through a brief phase where he was falling asleep in a box like a kitten. We would move him after he was out, but I don't know how he could fall asleep like that.
Jensley's sleeping spots make more sense than curling up in a box.
Ryker seems to be perpetually tired, probably from trying to keep up with Rock all the time. On Halloween he fell asleep on the way to Chelan and slept through the first half of trick or treating.
Jens didn't want to walk, so like good parents we let her use her brother as a bench.
