Sports overlap

It is definitely late fall
We were pretty anxious and excited to watch Ryker run for a spot at State. DeA was especially nervous.
Ryker was definitely nervous and excited and anxious and all of it.
Go go Speedy Bullet!
He ran his hardest and PR'd, but was about 12 spots short. He was bummed and tired and let down.
We spent some time at Costco and Tiki and then he and Rock had their first hockey game of the year. Rock looked strong and fast and had a few shots on goal.

Ryker did not look like a 14-year-old playing in a U18 game. He was quick and made some good plays and started a goal sequence by skating hard to catch a guy and to knock the puck away.
DeA was wrapped up tight in a blanket and looked pretty as could be.
Meanwhile, the youth were at the Wild game in the other rink so we caught up with them halfway through the second period.
DeA was starting to run out of gas by the start of the third.
Somehow, some way Ryker was not running out of gas and loved being the hockey expert at the game.
Can she fix it? Yes she can!
