The Official Rock Workout

Here's Rock's latest fitness video.

Oh, and Ryker did something very, very encouraging:
Nothing was excreted from his body, but we're still excited that he knows what it is and kind of what to do.

  3. As long as Rock doesn't try to give Ryker a "ride" on the treadmill... Bronte generously "helped" Paul when he was about 2, and it didn't work out so well!
