A Very Happy Birthday Girl

DeAndra took the kids to Chelan during the street fair and let them paint their faces. They fell asleep still in their characters.

Ryker scored a new pair of Spidey PJs and he's already worn those things out. He's even tried to wear them to school.
Our little princess has turned three. She celebrated her birthday the same way she lives her life daily, in style.
DeA let her practice her makeup skills to keep her awake in the car. The results were...something.
Speaking of style and looking good, Rock started t-ball and certainly knows how to look the part.
For her birthday Jens requested a trip to a Mariners game. She's obviously too young to understand the possibility of a let down with that request.
We took her to lunch at Red Robin before the game for some macaroni and "mandanin" oranges.
 She was pretty happy.
The M's game was fuzzy Iwakuma bear hat night. It was a freezing afternoon to start the game so the hats were perfect.

That's a good looking hat with a good looking model.
I know she's only three but she seemed to soak up the game. She wanted to watch "the players" instead of play on the toys like her brothers. She sat with Nick and I and enjoyed batting practice.

She even convinced her daddy to wait in line for a picture with the Moose.
The boys were pretty worn out from the morning of swimming, shopping and eating. They crashed once the sun came out and Papa Dale showed up.
Rock insisted that he wasn't tired and we had to convince him to just close his eyes for five minutes...that turned into three hours.
Both Ryker and Rock slept through the entire game, which in retrospect was probably the right way to approach things.
DeA wanted to drive home after the game so she could be at church for her lesson. The kids slept pretty hard after a stop at McDonald's.
Jens actual birthday was on Sunday, she picked out her own birthday dress and everything.
DeAndra made Jens a pretty cool Elsa cake from scratch.

Jens was pretty hopped up on birthday joy way before she had any sugar.
She was quite the birthday girl-zilla.
Thanks to Rock's slick beats she was definitely in the birthday mood.

  1. What a great celebration of turning three! You have a perfect little "tomboy"/princess - baseball + a beautiful doll cake :)

  2. The celebration was fitting for "THE" princess. Who else deserves 40K fans showing up to honor her.
