When the kids get their claws into something they go all the way. For a week that obsession was fishing.
They sat on that chair for hours casting and reeling.

Because they were so infused with fishing excitement we took them to the lake for some real action.
It was a perfect day for casting and reeling. I won't call it fishing because Ryker and Jens used the plastic practice fish that came with the fishing pole.
At one point Jens fell backwards off of the dock into the water, SuperMom DeA jumped in to save her.
The water is cold into July, so you can imagine how freezing it was for Jens and DeA. Jensley didn't seem to mind the water and thought the whole ordeal was pretty funny.
