Baseball Business, Grandma's Birthday, and Shooting

Grandma and Grandpa's house is coming along nicely. The deck is far enough along that we can chill out on it.
Mom's birthday was a success, with a Maddy Cake special.
Ryker really enjoyed the cake.
The boys played a game in Brewster. They did really well. Rock mostly played catcher.
Ryker played left and kept saying that he didn't have to pee, but he couldn't stand still.
The other coaches complimented Rock on his catching, so he wore his shin guards into the bakery.
We had a rare night without anything going on and celebrated with dinner up at the knoll.
It was a great dinner.
We ended the evening hanging out on that cool deck.
Jens latched on to a big box that Mama Rae left here and made it into her personal video booth.
Ryker has been obsessed with making pancakes. He figured out how to color them, so the other day we had blue pancakes.
Jens wasn't sure about those blue things.
DeA spent a night alone in Wenatchee (thanks Mom and Dad!). The hotel had a mini waffle maker, like a waffle aebleskiver.
The boys helped Grandpa site in his .22. It wasn't exactly effective.
But I guess they had fun.
At least there was enough supervision.
