Thanksgiving!!

The women in DeA's family are pie bakers, Jens decided to join in the heritage with a chocolate Oreo pie.

I don't know why she's smiling like this.

Prepping the turkey is always satisfying.

It was a classic Turkey Bowl with the steady regulars, it was a great game.

Along the way we became the adults and that means making the important parts of the meal. Jens wanted to make the stuffing just like Grandma used to make.

Luca was ready to eat but no one would let him.

We only had about 30 here to eat, but at least that gave Max and Rock room to nap on the couch.

Jacob was too good to play in the Turkey Bowl with us, instead he decided to run in a 5k in Wenatchee.

There was plenty of time for sweet, sweet naps.

DeA got to catch up with her parents.

After all the stress of hosting it was nice to relax and recover on Friday. DeA got her cuddles with Leo Puppy since apparently I'm not cuddly enough.

Jens loves Christmas and urged DeA to get going on the decorating.

It's not like they helped at all, but they wanted things decorated.
