Ultimate Fight Night!!!!!!!!

Rock versus TKC
This time, its for keeps
Recently Rock contracted into a winner take all battle for the UFC Superuberultralightfeatherweight World Championship belt. The fight was epic. I suggest you read this while listening to 'Burning Heart' by Survivor. It'll help set the mood. In fact, open the link below in another window, hit play on the player on the right and then come back to this window. It will be awesome, trust me.
http://www.last.fm/music/Survivor/_/Burning+Heart
He trained hard for this fight, doing plenty of lifting and windsprints. Here's a quick recap of his workout regiment and him working on his training dummy

The little guy is focused and fired up. During the weigh in he got in a little tussle with TKC. Emotions were super amped up, as you can imagine.

The fight was super intense, with body blows delivered and sucker punches being delivered with a furious hatred. The battle was fierce, and Rock had to give it everything he had. Rock recorded the first take down, but it wasn't a gimme.

Rock spent alot of time working TKC's legs trying to dominate.

Then he took to the body and tried to make him pee pink for a week.

The fight was raging on when Rock used all his might to attempt to flip over his opponent. TKC wouldn't rollover without a fight, and Rock had to tap into his internal will to finally perform the deadly Tallahassee Log roll.

In a brilliant strategic move he used the couch as leverage as he delivered body slams to TKC's upper body. It gave him the ability to stand up, facilitating the body blows.
In the end Rock was surviving on will and gumption alone. But finally, after a crippling blow to the back, Rock finally was able to force his opponent to submit to his awesomeness and tap out.
Victory is Rock's!!!! Here's Rock after the fight with his championship belt.

Look out Couture, I'm coming after you!

Rock's Christmas List, Volume III

Dear Pere Noel,

Como talle vu? Well, enough of that...I might be young, but I already know that French people are lazy. I don't want to overburden you, so for your assignments for Christmas I've given you the easy stuff to take care of. Please send my warmest regards to Papa Noel and Santa, and let them know how excited I am to receive the gifts on my list.

Meilleurs souvenirs,
Rock

Ps. These aren't just any donuts, they are Hostess Old Fashioned Glazed and Raspberry filled powdered donuts. For some reason Hostess hates the midwest and refuses to sell them here, so a little help would be nice.

Rock=Cool as the other side of the pillow

Things have been picking up around the homestead lately. Rock is getting lightning fast around the house, DeAndra's job is going great and I recently won the Super Bowl behind my running back's 184 yards receiving(!) and 122 yards rushing. Pretty exciting stuff. Rock is starting to realize that his life is buzzing right along, and so he is starting to realize that he will need to document his awesomeness before Stone or Pebbles comes along to steal some of his attention. Since his wisdom is so enormous, he decided to start using a camera. This way he can get 1000X as much chronicled compared to making his Mom transcribe his insights. Why 1000X? Because a picture is worth a thousands words, of course.

One of the downsides of being so awesome is that being awesome isn't free. We are making him pick up extra shifts around the house, on top of the normal stuff he does around here. You know, instead of just pulling books off of the shelves and soaking them in spit he can also vacuum the living room.

Rock seems to be realizing that he isn't genetically predisposed to succeed in basketball, so he is starting to shift his focus onto another sport. Unfortunately for our little guy his new sport isn't going to do him any favors either.

One piece of Rock's awesomeness that is consistently overlooked is the guy's little carseat. His plastic molded throne has been for Rock since day-one. It's endured pee-attacks, poop bombs and spit-up nun chucks without missing a beat. So, here's to you, cheap plastic throne of awesomeness.

There are these magical, mysterious things that have captured DeAndra's obsession. Rock has tried to understand the allure of these objects, but just can't seem to understand why she loves them and needs to have so many of them.

Rock's Christmas List, Volume II

Querido Papa Noel:

I am writing to you regarding my Christmas presents. I am writing to you, instead of Santa Claus, to spread out my requests. If Santa Claus only thinks that I am asking for a few items he will be more likely to get those items for me. So, if you will be so kind as to take care of these items and encourage Mr. Claus to take care of his items that would be awesome!

Con carino,
Rock

Awesome SuperRock!!

What's that on the ground? Is it a puppy? Is it one of those vacuum thingies? Its SuperRock!!
Our little guy has taken on a super double identity! He has been flying around the house making sure that no injustice is being done and that all of the books are on the floor instead of the shelves where they can jump to their demise.
Rock wants to thank Grandma Lisa for the super new suit. He has made sure that all the pans have been freed from the tyranny of the cupboards and that the citizens of the video drawer are free to roam as they wish.
Here he is trying to stop the poor bowl from jumping to its death. He's all over the place!
So if Superman gets his strength from our yellow sun, where does Rock get his energy? From Mommy, of course!
Our little superhero sure is enjoying normal people food, but that makes it harder to eat when he is around. It is pretty funny when I'm eating a burrito or something with hot sauce and he grabs my plate.
We are really helping the little guy prepare for his life ahead by making sure he understands the importance of good grooming. That's why it isn't very likely that you will ever see his hair uncombed.
See? He's all over the comb. He'll figure out soon enough that it is just easier to shave your hair short so you don't have to worry about the stupid combs.

Rock's latest discovery is the magical land of cookie sheets and Bosch Mixers that exists in the cupboards. He spends all day in the kitchen trying to get the cupboards open and waiting for somebody to open the fridge or dishwasher. Once he gets in to the fridge you can't get him out without listening to him complain.

I told him if he didn't leave the kitchen I'd give him a taste of my belt. He sure didn't seem intimidated by that threat.

It seems like Rock is growing faster and faster each day. He sure is alot more talkative than he was before. He still screams like he has been, but lately his screams are coupled with more babbling sounds. Even his laughs are becoming filled with chuckling and ridicule towards his dad.

He pants like a puppy too. And he pees on the floor and tears up the newspapers too. So we rub his nose in his messes. Well, DeAndra doesn't, and I'm not allowed to do it, but I've thought about it when she's not home. Oh yeah, I've thought about it.

Some of the biggest news has been saved for last. Rock has recently been able to do something that most computer programmers and couch potatoes can only dream of:

Rock's Christmas List, Volume I

Dear Santa:

I don't know if you know this yet, but I'm Rock England. I am kind of a bid deal, and I am awesome. Just ask anybody. Attached you will find the first installment of my Christmas wish list for this upcoming Navidad. I am confident that there will be no question concerning if I am found on the naughty or nice list, but should there arise such an unfortunate misunderstanding you will find my grandmothers to be an excellent resource as to my worthiness for inclusion on the nice list. Shortly you will be receiving the subsequent volumes of my list. I am confident that if you are half as benevolent as my mother explains you to be that I will be receiving all of the requested items, both those found on this list as in the many lists to follow.

Cordially yours,
Rock England
