Dia de los Reyes!!

January 6th is a special day in some cultures (and maybe even ours, but I'm not clear on that) because they believe that is when the Magis arrived to give gifts to baby Jesus. Rock found out on the 6th that Grappy Dale was driving down to bring his presents!! Once Grappy got here, Rock was excited to pull out all of his presents...and then play in the box. Not quite what Grappy had in mind.
After rockin' out in the box, Rock started playing with his gifts. He had forgotten how much cool stuff he got for Christmas. For example, he ripped open every sleeve of Daddy's golf balls so that he could carry them around in plastic can lids.
Then he sat in his sweet recliner and played with his possessed car. Grammy stole the steering wheel so that she could cuddle with it at night, so the car wasn't possessed today.
He had fun playing with his 'choo-choo' and police car.
"Uh oh, looks like a woman was driving!"
He loved showing Grappy all the toys that he brought down, including his baseball chair!
He also got sweet action sweet swag from Disneyworld! He loved wearing his new Mickey hat out in the backyard.
It was pretty fun to wear it in the house too.
Grappy brought down Grammy's camera to take picture of Rock, but Rock decided to take pictures of everybody else.
Some of the picture that he took were pretty good, but part of it might be the pretty subject matter.
After snapping pictures of Mommy, Rock took some artistic shots of the house.
Finally he decided to turn the camera onto the best subject matter he could think of.

Hmm...It's almost like someone else I know.
"Wait, I didn't invent this? Bogus!"
Rock has a harder time going to bed when Grappy's here visiting, since he wants to play with him. Grappy did make it a little easier this time, since he dressed him in these Seahawks alternative jersey themed pjs from Disney.
Rock was pretty excited that he and Rufus were finally in uniform.

  3. He didn't get "permission" he is his own man and can do whatever he wants! He just had to pay the price but with a sweet loving wifey it wasn't too bad. Rock was a blast and worth the drive.

  4. I just wish I had all the time in the world to go at whim. I would love to play with Rock, take pictures with him, and help him in his night routine.
