Sounders!!

Saturday night was Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) night at Seahawks Stadium (or Century Link Qwest High Speed Internet and Cable Bundle Field) for the Sounders game.  Rock and I drove over with Chayo and her boys.

When we got there we met with the other survivors and looked cool in sunglasses.
As part of the night some of us got to go down on the side of the field for warm-ups.  But for some silly reason COPS let the boys and I down, but not Chayo.  That didn't make a lot of sense, but she did get to talk to other ladies that were there.
Of course Rock's normal smiles didn't last long.
He thought it was pretty cool to watch the players kick the ball halfway across the field.
He also loved the attention that the ushers paid him, especially with his sharp jersey.
It's hard to tell with the boys since they never talk, but I think they thought it was cool, too.
After getting to be up close and personal they sent us up to our seats.  It was nice to see everything, even the horrible foul called on the Sounders that gave the Quakes their goal.
A nice usher scored Rock some earplugs and a lot of money scored us some popcorn.
And Rock's puppy dog eyes scored him my hot dog.

  1. Rock looks like he had fun! I'm sure the older boys did too!
