Every year the kids love our tradition of smelling the stinky animals and the sawdust soaking up the puke by the rides.
It was a hot, almost muggy day. It was nice to sit around and drink lemonade.
The kids loved the cotton candy panda bears.
At least, I think that is a panda bear.
Ryker desperately tried to beat a few carnival games.
Jens and Rock worked really had to win a banana unicorn abomination.
Ryker eventually did win a racoon.
No trip to the fair would be complete without a stop at Country Boys for BBQ. Ryker gets every last big of meat off of the bone.
Jensley likes the curly potato fries.
Ryker refused to get his hair cut, but eventually he caved to Gpa. Of course he wasn't happy with the final result, it was too short and not mohawky enough.
The house is looking more and more like a house.
We have to use a ladder because of the no-stairs situation. That didn't stop Mom.
One day this will be our living room. Right now it's a place where we stare at the view and imagine our future.
