Super Awesome Rock!!

So, the little guy has been enjoying the suddenly warm Iowa weather. He loves to run around the backyard and go crazy, buy you better not try to bring him inside. He cries like a little baby as soon as you get to the door and doesn't stop until he either gets outside or crashes hard. Yesterday it was the latter rather then the former, and he barely made it through his bath. As soon as DeAndra laid him down to diaper him he was out cold.

He didn't even budge when she put the diaper on. Not even a whimper.

Today he woke up to heavy rain and a ton of energy, so he decided to pump up.
After cranking out his workout he put in some miles on the treadmill. Balance is what it is all about people. Balance. Strength and cardio is key.



After finishing his workout and topping it off with some 'clean' Caribbean supplements, he decided to allow everyone else in the house to drink in the chiseled goodness.
Standing on a 'flexing' podium allows for people to get a better view of his ripped beef slab.
