Rock and His Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day!!

Rock's day yesterday didn't start out so bueno. He was trying to be Spiderman on the fireplace when he bumped his head on the hearth.
It hurt, but at least it evened up his face from this. Since researchers guess that symmetry is an important part of appearance, he is willing to show off his new mark.
"Yeah, I'm that tough."
The day didn't seem like it was going to be that bad. The side gate got put up and Rock got to be a free range toddler. He enjoyed becoming reacquainted with his sandbox. That was nice.
After work we tried to have a nice dinner out for the first time in a long time. As I was putting ketchup on Rock's fries I noticed that something was on the bottle. When I tried to investigate further I realized that there was something all over the table and the fries and the floor and....oh...Rock was throwing up all over the place. Awesome.
We brought him home, washed him up in the bathtub and then let him sit with his puking bowl.
He was in agony and pain, wasn't he?
He finally crashed on the couch. Anyone who has spent time with Rock knows that he doesn't really cuddle like this. That means he's sick.
He puked a couple of times during the night, then a couple of more times. Then he puked again. Then he didn't puke for a couple of minutes. But then he did. Then today he sat in his Lazy Toddler chair with his puke bowl and watch Sportscenter all day.
And he also watched some cartoon Sportscenter, too.
Finally, sometime in the afternoon he crashed on his road rug while holding his mommy's cellphone. According to our phone bill he had a two and a half hour conversation with Mawma Zista...probably about the M's inability to hit the ball to the right side with a runner on second and nobody out. They both are very passionate about things like that.
Tomorrow will be a post about Ryker and his adventures...but be sure to check this out!!
