Rolly Polly and Rocko

Maybe it's the sleep deprivation talking, but we are really starting to get attached to our little guys. Ryker keeps getting cuter by the minute, and we love it when he is sleeping. He is so chubby that he already fills his car seat.
He won't do it for the camera, but the little guy has started rolling over! He likes to show off his new talent, unless it's time to eat...and for Ryker it's always time to eat!
Rock is still as adorable as ever, and he knows what the camera is and what to do with it.
DeA caught the boys in a good mood and willing to pose for some glamor shots.

Hmm, if I didn't know any better I would think that these guys like attention.
Things did get a little heated towards the end when Rock tried to get Ryker to suck on his wrist.
Ryker countered with an offer for Rock to suck on his fists.
I really wish I could figure out where the boys learned to pose for the camera...
Ryker is still our little rolly polly, but we are guessing that when he starts crawling he will burn that off like Rock did.
Now little Rock can eat all the Cool Whip and caramel topping that he wants and then burn it off in the backyard.
Rock also uses a lot of energy on messes; both making them and cleaning them. In the few weeks that we've lived here he's been working really hard making hand prints on the window. Today was the day he decided to clean them off.
Once he started cleaning windows he just couldn't stop. Now he has lots of clean window space to make new hand prints.
He is still in love with the sunshine in the backyard. He likes to get out there as early as he can, even if it's still a little chilly outside.
We took the boys down to Tacoma to check out the mall down there. The boys were so excited that they fell asleep in the stroller.
Next to the mall was a Winger's! DeA and I first started going to Wingers while we were dating in Rexburg, and then there was one close to our house when we lived in Midvale. We thought it would be fun to re-live some of the memories of our pre-kids marriage days.
It was fun to eat there again, but it sure wasn't as fun and relaxing as we remembered.
Hmm...I wonder what has changed...

  2. Good to see Rock is hard at work and play. I'm sure he will continue to take care of Ryker so he will be just as active and cute.

  3. What cute boys. Once you have all that excitement at restaurants you end up eating at McDonalds more and more.
